Hello!

In today's episode we discuss how to use compassion to heal our emotions and relationships. How to heal our emotions ourselves using the divine feminine and masculine, or the duality of the divine inside each one of us. 

Trauma is a real part of life. Sometimes we have to give death to a toxic relationship or pattern. This death can be painful or trigger a trauma from our past. 

Healing comes from the heart. In our heart is where we find the universal compassion which is both the divine feminine and masculine. 

We end with a short meditation bringing awareness to our heart. Then bringing in the dazzling darkness meditation from previous episodes.
